The Director, Membership Services is responsible for executing the renewal and sales strategies for the Brooklyn Nets Membership Services department and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, product and community that delivers on the elite value of a Nets season ticket membership. The Director will have direct oversite of the Season Ticket Membership product including benefit fulfillment, communication cadence, and event planning. They will understand the marketplace and emerging industry trends to ensure the organization continues to implement new and innovative ways to drive value and increase retention of our season-ticket holder base.
