After the sales have been made and the marketing and promotions have been completed you end up with a game, with fans (hopefully we get back to that eventually!). Once you have a full house the responsibility of taking care of our client "guests" transitions to the heads of "Guest Experience". Each sports team has people who's responsibility is to make sure we put on a great show for our fans and that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time at the game, so they'll want to buy tickets again. On this webinar, we had two leaders in guest experience join us. Dan Malandruccolo works at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ (home of the NJ Devils) and Ezinne Nwaogu works at the New York Mets. In this session they talked about their careers, their day-to-day, and then they talked through how everything comes together on game night to put together a winning experience for the fans.
