Episode 82. How to sell season tickets w/ Madison and Logan

Season tickets, or "Memberships", as some teams refer to them, have changed a lot in the last 5-10 years. Many sales approaches have changed as well. Coming out of COVID, teams are putting an emphasis on rebuilding their customer base by selling and renewing season tickets. For this session we're inviting on two industry professionals to talk through their strategies and philosophies to selling season tickets. Logan Brown is the Manager of Inside Sales at the Colorado Avalanche, and Madison Aldis is the Associate Manager of Ticket Sales at the San Antonio Spurs.
