Jarrod Dillon is the Chief Revenue Officer for the Tampa Bay Sports & Entertainment group which includes the Lightning, Amalie Arena and the Storm of the AFL. For nearly 20 years he has been successfully growing his career in the sports industry. In this session Jarrod discusses how the industry has changed, and more specifically how the individuals and cultures within it have changed as well.
